Questpro is seeking an experienced Claims Assistant to join a large insurance carrier in Alpharetta, GA.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Under limited supervision, performs Daily Propriety Audits to ensure the legitimacy, accuracy and proper payment authority for claim payments made. • Track and attest to the daily audit results • Communicate errors to individuals making payments • Ensure the timely correction of errors • Verify that errors have been corrected • Report daily findings to management

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: o 3 years of business experience in an Office environment. o 2 years of claims processing experience. o Ability to operate and contribute positively in a team-based environment. o Good written and oral communication skills including effective telephone skills. o Ability to work independently under limited supervision. o Superior organizational and analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
