Job Description

QuestPro is currently partnered with a growing managed care company that is looking for an RN Case Manager for their Scottsdale office. The RN Case Manager must either be bilingual/Spanish speaking and willing to learn Workers’ Compensation Case Management or have a recent experience in Work Comp. Position Summary: To perform Telephonic Case Management for workers' compensation claims based on review criteria and protocols in accordance with state and regulatory agency compliance. Working directly with TPA adjusters and the employer. This is a position that requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills with effective written and verbal communication skills. The environment is fast-paced and ever-changing. 

Requirements:

  • Valid RN Licensure or Certification
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • CCM Preferred
  • Prior experience in a managed care or workers' compensation environment preferred
  • Proficiency using personal computers and software programs, including word, and typing skills: minimum of 40 wpm

**MUST speak Spanish and English to be considered if the RN does not have work comp***
