Senior Insurance Processor ??? Workers Compensation and Self-Insureds (Temporary)
Location: Allentown, PA (On-site, Monday???Friday)
Schedule: 7 am to 3:15 pm. 7.5 hours a day. 37.5 a week.
Duration: 3???6 months, with potential to extend
Questpro has partnered with a leading insurance company to identify a Senior Insurance Processor to provide high-level administrative and processing support to the Workers' Compensation Underwriting team. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and prior insurance processing experience.

Questpro has partnered with a leading insurance company to identify a Senior Insurance Processor to provide high-level administrative and processing support to the Workers' Compensation Underwriting team. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and prior insurance processing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process changes on both new and existing Workers' Compensation policies.
- Maintain and update commercial policy data in internal and external systems, including DMV and Verisk.
- Generate, print, and distribute posting notices and policy documents.
- Review and handle endorsements, including new business, active, cancel pending, lapsed, and lienholder changes.
- Identify and resolve missing or incomplete information by initiating follow-up via fax or email.
- Process policy cancellations and coordinate refund requests as needed.
- Provide support to underwriting management through special projects and additional administrative duties.
- Assist with indexing, return mail, and general customer service-related tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2???3 years of experience in insurance processing or underwriting support, preferably within Workers Compensation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- High-level data entry skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with insurance systems such as DMV, Verisk, or similar platforms is preferred.
