- Provide compensation consulting for all aspects of broad based and incentive compensation company
- Analyze results of global compensation surveys
- Administer compensation planning process and audits compensation plans for budget and policy compliance

Workers Compensation Hearing Representative

Position Overview:
representative focuses on resolving employment-related compensation claims. In this position, your responsibilities include communicating with relevant parties involved in a case, obtaining, preparing, and filing legal documents, and performing research relevant to each request for workers' compensation. Your duties also include reviewing case information, preparing a proposal to resolve each case, and providing legal representation when cases appear before a workers' compensation appeals board.
Qualifications :
- Direct Workers’ Compensation is required
- Min 3 yrs as an experience Hearing Representative
- Working with Case in Chief Litigation | Settlement matters
- Progressive experience working under workers’ compensation attorney
- Strong Communicator
