Sr Data Entry Operator

Job Title: Senior Data Entry Operator ??? Loss Reporting Team
Location: Allentown, PA (Onsite for training, remote option may follow)
Duration: 6-month Temporary Assignment
Schedule: Monday ??? Friday | Choice of 7:00 AM ??? 3:15 PM or 8:00 AM ??? 4:15 PM
Pay Range: $20-22/hr

Overview:
Questpro is partnering with a leading insurance organization to fill an immediate need for a Senior Data Entry Operator to support their Loss Reporting Team. This role will focus on reviewing First Reports of Injury and entering accurate claim information into the company???s internal claims system. No licensing is required, as this is strictly a non-claims handling data entry role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor a designated mailbox for incoming First Report of Injury (FROI) notices.

• Accurately enter new claims data into the internal claims management system.

• Maintain a production standard of 4 entries per hour with a weekly accuracy rate of 98.5%.

• Support the setup of primarily Workers??? Compensation claims, with potential to expand into other lines.

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while processing sensitive claim-related information.

• Collaborate with team members to clarify data discrepancies as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.

• Previous experience in data entry, claims support, or insurance operations preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

• Must be able to work independently and meet quality and productivity standards.
