Regional Account Manager, TX, OK, AR, LA   


Job Description:              

Key National Managed Care Leader is hiring a Sales/Account Manager for TX, OK, AR, & LA. Prefer candidates based in N. TX.   Individuals should possess the right balance of assertiveness, relationship-building skills and sales/business development experience to significantly impact Company’s sales growth targets in their territory focusing on  TX, OK, LA, AR.  Open to candidate's location as long as they reside and called on Workers' Compensation Adjusters in these states.  Company offers strong growth and leadership opportunities, competitive pay for performance bonus structure in addition to salary and car allowance.

The individual will work with the support of the organization to develop the local accounts within this specified area.

Primary responsibilities include:

Develop and follow a strategic sales plan to achieve set goals for a specific territory.

Generate business from new accounts.

Generate new business within existing accounts

Meet weekly activity and production goals

Work with Sales Management to target volume growth by individual requester within target accounts.

Qualifications:

Some Claims Handling is a plus

Must have well developed current contacts at the WC Adjuster / Mgmt. level within Carriers and Third Party Administrators in the majority of this territory.

Excellent communication/presentation skills both written and verbal.

Strong interest in outside sales activities.

Demonstrated impact in previous organizations.

Ability and experience with technology and the ability to learn and articulate our system capabilities.

Proven leadership skills.
