We are currently partnered with a Leading National Managed Care Corporation who has an immediate need for an RN Workers’ Compensation Telephonic Case Manager to work onsite at one of their Top Clients’ most prominent facilities at #LAX Airport   M-F full-time.     If you are looking for the next step in your Case Management Career and enjoy working directly with the Employers this is the position for you!We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, outgoing, and independent.  Should be someone who can relate to the “Employees”, as this Client is very much team player and their RN Case Manager would become part of the Team! The RN Nurse Case Manager at this as with all their facilities will be valued, well supported, and generously compensated!Main responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

  • Utilizing clinical/nursing skills to help coordinate the Injured Workers’  treatment program while maximizing quality of care and cost containment
  • Performing three-point contact with the employer, injured worker and providers onsite within a dedicate account setting; Case Manager will be client facing
  • RN Case Manager will be responsible for interacting with the client on a daily basis and work with employees right at the time they become injured


Requirements:  

  • Valid CA RN License
  • Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience is a plus but NOT required.
