Senior Finance Manager (Controller)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of experienced accountants and analysts in delivering complex financial analysis and reporting with precision and insight.

- Provide strategic direction in the design, development, and ongoing management of financial analysis frameworks that support business growth and agility.
- Deliver hands-on leadership in training and mentoring staff, ensuring a deep understanding of financial metrics and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and accounting standards while driving improvements in reporting quality and timeliness.
- Conduct and review sophisticated financial analyses, including performance trends, cost management, and strategic forecasting, to support executive decision-making.
- Set clear expectations and deadlines for cross-functional data submissions, ensuring alignment and accountability across departments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate new business strategies, analyze financial impacts, and present actionable recommendations.
- Provide financial leadership on projects and initiatives with potential reporting or operational impact, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
